Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is printed to order, just for you. Please allow 7–13 business days from placing your order to delivery: 2–3 business days to print and pack, plus 5–10 business days delivery. Sales, holidays and new drops can add a little extra time.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $10 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $100. We can't offer express shipping at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship to all Australian states and territories only.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you didn't get an order confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, your parcel is usually still in transit, but feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.

Can I change my order or delivery address?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Because items are printed to order we can't always make changes, and we can't redirect parcels once they've been dispatched, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

My item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, in original condition with tags intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping fees aren't refundable.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.

Sizing & Fit

Are your tees unisex?
Our boxy, loose cotton, heavyweight, vintage wash and long sleeve tees and our hoodies are unisex. Our fitted, vintage baby and basic baby tees have a closer, women's-style fit. Browse them all on our Tee Styles page.

Which size should I pick?
Check the fit and sizing details on each product page before ordering. Our boxy and heavyweight styles are cut oversized on purpose, so size down if you prefer a closer fit. Not sure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Products & Care

How are your designs made?
Each piece is printed to order by our trusted print partner. Making to order means less waste and no piles of unsold stock.

How do I care for my tee?
To keep your print looking its best, wash cold and inside out, skip the tumble dryer and don't iron directly over the print.
